I only recently stumbled upon a Ted Talk video from March 2010 by Cameron Herold. In Cameron’s talk he speaks to the importance of trying to recognize the signs of a young entrepreneur and trying to cultivate them.
Often when we see a bored at school, at odds with peers, and falling behind in grades we think there must be something wrong with them instead of recognizing some of the signs of a child who may be more suited for business than academia. I found his talk both educational and inspiring.
