Apparently there are some large corporations out there who want to inspire dads even it they see it as a means to pushing sales of their own products. General Mills has released a viral video that shows a Dad being a Dad while promoting the latest Cheerios product. I appreciate this effort and with some luck the hashtag might help the campaign get some legs beyond the initial novelty of the video. What is clear is the need of society to emphasis the role of fathers and the importance of a return to traditional values.
